Four Checks, Every Time
Ten seconds before every session. Almost every wobbly stand comes down to one of these.
Every spring button clicked
Each button-end tube (B) should lock into its curved tube (A) with the button showing through the hole. If one is hidden, pull apart and push again.
Folding supports fully open
Both folding supports (D) must be straight and locked — a half-open brace is what makes a stand feel wobbly.
All straps fastened
Snap every lower-frame strap, pull the adjustable straps (F) snug through their guide loops, and check the fabric for tears.
Firm, level, non-slip floor
Fit the anti-slip clips (E), set the stand on a level surface, and put a bath mat down on tile — wet floors need extra care.

How to Use a Grooming Hammock
A calm first session matters more than a finished nail trim. Go slowly and your pet learns the hammock means treats.
Start dry and short
Let your pet sniff the stand first. Try a one-minute session with treats before you ever pick up clippers or a shower head.
Pick four openings
Choose one opening per leg — large or small to match your pet — and leave the rest closed. Support your pet's chest and hips as you lower them in.
Snug, never tight
Pull each drawstring until the leg is held without pinching. You should be able to slide a finger between the opening and the leg.
Groom with tools in reach
Paws hang free for nail trims, the mesh drains during baths, and everything you need sits in the side pockets or on the towel strap.
Loosen, check, lift out
Open every drawstring, check that no leg or fur is caught, then lift your pet out with both hands. Finish with a treat.

Eight Rules From Your Manual
Weight & fit
Maximum weight: 30 lbs. Check your pet's measurements. One pet at a time.
Check before use
Engage all spring buttons, fully extend the folding braces, and secure all straps. Do not use damaged parts or fabric.
Stable surface
Use on a firm, level, non-slip floor. Take extra care on wet surfaces.
Adjust the leg openings
Choose four suitable openings, one per leg. Do not overtighten the drawstrings.
Introduce gradually
Start with short, dry sessions and treats. Never force your pet to stay.
Always supervise
Never leave your pet unattended. Stop and gently remove your pet if it struggles or shows distress.
Support your pet
Support your pet when placing it in or lifting it out. Loosen the drawstrings and check for trapped legs or fur before removal.
Moving & folding
Remove your pet before moving or folding the stand. Keep fingers clear of the folding joints.
The hammock is machine washable
- Unsnap the mesh hammock from the frame before washing.
- Machine wash it — a laundry bag is recommended.
- Wipe the metal frame dry after every bath.
- Let every part dry completely before folding it away.
Questions Owners Ask
Not here? Ask us directly.
How do I assemble the grooming hammock stand?
Lay out parts A to G, then follow the numbered photo steps in your printed manual. Whatever the order, the stand is ready only when every spring button has clicked, both folding supports (D) are fully open, and every strap is fastened. The full assembly video will play at the top of this page as soon as it is published — the QR code in your manual stays the same.
What size pet does it fit?
It is built for cats and small dogs up to 30 lbs — think Maltese, Shih Tzu, Yorkie, Chihuahua, Toy Poodle, or most house cats. Weight is the hard limit; breed is only a guide. If your pet is close to 30 lbs or unusually long in the body, send us their weight and length before the first session and we will tell you whether it suits them.
Which leg openings should I use — large or small?
Use four openings, one per leg, and leave the other four closed. Most cats and toy breeds are comfortable in the small openings; stockier legs or fluffier coats usually need the large ones. Pull each drawstring snug enough that the paw cannot slip back through, but loose enough to slide a finger in.
My dog hates nail trims. Will a grooming hammock help?
It helps most pets because their weight is supported and their paws are off the ground, so there is less to push against. It works best when you build up slowly: a few dry, treat-filled minutes on day one, a single paw on day two, and stop the moment your pet panics. A hammock is a support, not a restraint — never use it to hold down a pet that is fighting it.
Can I use it to bathe my dog or cat?
Yes. The mesh drains, the frame stands on its own in a walk-in shower or on a bathroom floor, and the side pockets keep shampoo within reach. Put a non-slip mat under the stand on wet tile, keep one hand on your pet, and wipe the frame dry afterwards.
How is this different from a hammock that hangs on a door or hook?
A hanging hammock needs a door frame, hook, or grooming arm strong enough to hold a moving pet — and it swings. This one has its own freestanding frame, so you can set it up in the bathroom, laundry room, or backyard, and fold it away when you are done.
Should I get a grooming table instead?
A table gives your pet a surface to stand on, which suits brushing and full haircuts on calm dogs. A hammock lifts all four paws off the ground, which is what makes nail trims and baths easier with wriggly cats and small dogs. If nail trims and baths are the main jobs, the hammock is usually the simpler tool.
The stand feels wobbly. What should I check?
Usually it is a spring button that has not clicked or a folding support that is not fully open. Re-check both, make sure all four anti-slip clips (E) are on, and move the stand to a level spot. If a part is bent or a button will not lock, stop using it and contact us for a replacement.
My pet slides forward or backward in the hammock.
Tighten the adjustable straps (F) so the mesh is taut, and pick openings that match your pet's body length: the large openings sit at the outer ends for bigger pets, the small ones closer together for smaller pets. A loose hammock sags in the middle, which lets pets slide.
How do I wash and store it?
Unsnap the mesh hammock and machine wash it in a laundry bag; wipe the frame dry. Once everything is completely dry, take your pet away, fold the stand, and store it. Keep your fingers clear of the folding joints as it closes.
A part is missing or damaged. What do I do?
Don't use the stand with a damaged part. Send us your order number and a photo through the contact form and we will replace it. Registering your warranty first speeds this up.
